OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, FOR THE USE OF OUR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
